WHO I TRAIN

No single type of person. One shared idea.

Everyone who trains with me wants the same thing underneath the goal: a body that holds up. The programming changes — the principle doesn't.

Fat loss + Strength

The 40-something rebuild

Sitting at a desk all week, carrying weight you'd rather not, and tired of programs that last three weeks. We lift, we walk, we keep it sustainable — body fat drops and strength climbs at the same time.

A pair of black boxing gloves resting on a blue gym floor with a blurred boxer practicing in the background.

One-on-one boxing

Boxing for women

Pads, footwork and real technique in a private session — no sparring unless you want it. It's the fastest confidence builder I coach, and it's conditioning that never feels like cardio.

Women in workout attire participating in a yoga class on pink mats in a spacious gym with large windows and brick walls.

Small group

Train with your people

Friends, couples, workmates. Small numbers so every person still gets coached properly, with the accountability that only comes from someone expecting you on Tuesday.

Junior athletes

Kids rugby skills

Contact confidence, footwork, passing under pressure and safe strength work for growing bodies. Coaching that builds athletes, not burnt-out twelve-year-olds.

Powerlifting

Getting seriously strong

Squat, bench, deadlift, coached properly. Whether you're chasing a first bodyweight bench or a platform total, the technique work is the same and it never stops paying off.

Calisthenics

Owning your own bodyweight

Pull-ups, dips, control through full range. The kind of strength you can take to a park, a hotel room or a beach — no gym required, ever.

No contract, no sales pitch. Just three sessions to see whether this is the way you want to train.
